SD House Overwhelmingly Votes To Prohibit Eminent Domain For CO2

Breaking News: In a political tidal wave, the South Dakota House has vote 49 to 19 to ban eminent domain for carbon pipelines.

Last week I wrote about the fight in South Dakota to ban the use of eminent domain for carbon dioxide (and carbon monoxide pipelines).

Moments ago, the South Dakota House passed HB 1052 by an overwhelming vote of 49-19. Watch the hour-and-a-half long video above for more information.

It now moves on the the Senate.
