Breaking News: South Dakota Referral of SB 201 Approved For November Ballot
South Dakota voters will be likely be the only voters to let their voices be heard on the issue of CO2 pipelines and protecting property rights. The law is now frozen until the November vote.
Today, I am happy to report some good news out of South Dakota.
The effort to refer Senate Bill 201 and place it on the November 2024 ballot has been successful.
