Breaking News: House Defeats HB 1141

With only 39 Yes votes, HB 1141 to close the loophole in the states' corrupt practices law failed.
A group of corrupt government officials in a shadowy, luxurious room with dark wood paneling and expensive decor. They are seated around a large desk, some counting stacks of cash, while others are signing questionable documents.
