HB 1176 will now go the Appropriations Committee to verify that the math checks out, and that the state can afford the plan for the next two years.
As is tradition, the committee will likely hold on to HB 1168 and HB 1575 until HB 1176 is passed, just in case something happens and it is defeated.
That is highly unlikely to happen, since the Senate will try to ensure they don’t have to re-negotiated with the House on anything major.
