Should the state of North Dakota start spending money to help promote the Carbon Agenda?
According to the Western Dakota Energy Association:
“The ND Industrial Commission has announced a special grant round seeking proposals to promote the state's emerging opportunities in the carbon dioxide capture, storage and re-use industry.
The 2023 Legislature appropriated $300,000 to the Industrial Commission to contract for carbon capture and utilization education and marketing proposals. The funding was split equally among the state's three energy research councils (Oil and Gas, Lignite and Renewable), which will be jointly responsible for reviewing grant applications and making a funding recommendation.”
