Port: Secret meetings on carbon capture projects are not a good look

Last week, I wrote you in a three-part series about the “secret meetings” hosted by Scott Hennen that were being planned for today (Tuesday, April 16th) in Fargo and Bismarck to lobby legislators about all the wonderful things that the Summit Carbon Solutions CO2 pipeline would bring to North Dakota.

After all this disclosure, the Bismarck Tribune reported that the organizers on Friday (April 12th) announced these events would be open to the media.

Last night (Monday April 15th), a text began circulating from Scott Hennen saying the Tuesday meetings would be called off.

This message did not include a revised time, as of this writing their website does not yet have a revised time.
