Local News Station Asks North Dakota Watchdog Network To Help With Open Records Issue
As a result of his previous work on the State Investment Board, Josh Meny, the reporter with KX News in Bismarck, ND asked me to help dig into a problem he's been having with the State Investment Board disclosing documents related to fees the state is paying to its investment advisors - and the manner in which its investment advisors pick what investment funds the state should buy into.
