On this week’s Watchdog Wednesday (January 25th, 2023) we discussed SCR 4013.

It seeks to do three things:

  1. Require circulator live in North Dakota for 120 prior to circulating.

  2. Prohibits all paid circulators.

  3. And tries once again to place a 67% requirement on passage.
