On Wednesday we discussed the status of the pension reform bill (HB 1040), and the status of the Hybrid Tax Plan in the works.

Toward the end of the segment, I responded to a caller’s inquiry about the dynamics causing the legislature to do the things it is doing, as well as my nuanced approach to dealing with Governor Burgum’s policies - both the good and the bad.
